Grund Investments – Building II

This project consisted of a single 15,000 sf pre-engineered metal building located on a 2.5 acre site. The key in this project was to closely match an existing tilt-up building onsite using a pre-engineered steel building with a 3” EIFS cladding. We also used the Decra Coated Metal Roof Tiles in lieu of clay barrel tiles to save cost and increase durability. The building is available for industrial/commercial space with curtain-wall fronts. The building is fully sprinkled, air conditioned and monitored. This project included extensive site development including retaining walls, retention ponds, fire master meter, underground water management and site paving.
