Advent Health at Lake Destiny

RB Marks Construction first budgeted this project for AdventHealth prior to the Covid pandemic.  When the project was finally released (late in 2021), construction pricing had increased while the Owner budget had been reduced.  RBM worked with AH and Heilman to ensure that the design intentions were met all while ensuring that the revised Owner budget was met.  In addition, the supply chain had impacted various materials requiring various changes to be made, etc.  RBM assisted in this area as well.    

RB Marks Construction renovated this 3 story HR / Training Facility for AdventHealth over an 18-month period (multiple phases as it was occupied during the duration of the project).  Careful planning and communication were required from all teams to ensure that the various departments remained open, safe and clean.  RBM also was responsible for maintaining ICRA (Infection Control Risk Assessment – Which ensures a safe facility for patients and employees) for the duration of the project. 

In the end, this successful and challenging project was completed early and on budget. RB Marks Construction has worked on many projects with AdventHealth dating back to 2014.
